The disappointing score after the first period is
Yale 1
Clarkson 0
The Golden Knights had at least four power plays, and one of those was a 5 on 3, yet they were unable to score.

Brett, you are just about right....it only took Yale 31 seconds to score two goals....what a bummer.

And I even more annoyed to tell you the final score was Clarkson 3, Yale 6. However, during the third period MIke Sullivan scored with assists given to Chris Blight and Mac Faulkner, tallying Clarkson's second goal at 2:04. Then Max Kolu scored at 17:20 of the third period with assists given to Chris and Mac again.
At that point, the score was Clarkson 3, Yale 4. So we had a chance to at least tie the score. But Yale scored their fifth goal and lastly their sixth goal into an empty net.
The Golden Knights had eight power plays; they unfortunately could only score on one of them. Bob said they played well, but Yale played better, especially their goal tender.
A TOUGH LOSS FOR CLARKSON.
