Y'all see the green mohawk guy at the Clarkson/SLU game? What's the craziest/most eccentric thing a fan has ever done?

Happy Thanksgiving!:D

I was thoroughly intoxicated at the RPI game last year (the 7-1 win) and I managed to get all $100 in the cash grab. :D
I know its not really what you were looking for in this thread, but its still pretty awesome.

During the SLU playoff series in 02, there was a student crowd surfing down the section when we scored a goal. Until he got thrown out, that was pretty awesome.

This goes along with the fan theme in this thread...
From the comments on the pep band last night…. I had know idea how “loud and far” the spirited echos of the pep band have reached.

From the pep band web site: “The 1986-1987 ECAC hockey season proved to be the first great season for the band. The ECAC recognized the band with a special award as the best ECAC collegiate pep band in existence.”

Is this a yearly thing, or just a one time special award? Who’s the toughtest band competition in your mind? Any bandies out there want to comment? (or any fans stories are fine)
;)

Cornell has the best band by a longshot.

Yeah, you're right. Musically we couldn't hold a candle to those guys. However in the spirit (s) department, I would have to say we were top notch.

As far as the best band in the ECAC award, I think it was a one time deal, or an award that just died out.
