The initial 12 team idea was goofy, but I like the 3rd week of playoffs. I give this idea an "A"
Increase the game limit to 34. I thought this one was a "Duh!". Give the league an "A" for finally seeing the light.
Hiring a DII/DIII/womens boss -- it frees Hagwell to run the DI pool. The idea has merit, I hope the ECAC hires the right person. I'll give this one a "B+".
Helping Harvard in the Beanpot. The logical solution would be to play Brown those two weekends. Think they'll see the light?? This one gets an "I".
Anyone want to give odds on the ECAC getting more than one team in the NCAA in 01-02??

I say if Clarkson plays as well as it did last season (2000-2001), and doesn't screw up in the ECAC play-offs again, they have a chance. I would suspect that if SLU also plays as well as they did last season, they will probably make it. I have no idea what the outlook is for the other teams that might have a credible chance (e.g. RPI, Dartmouth, Cornell, Harvard (?)).
