Don't forget Culhane at Western Michigan:

I'd guess Army at Providence is on the very hot seat.

Ohio State said so long to the hockey coach on the same day (I think) that football coach, Jim Tressel, got a two-year contract extension thru 2014, but without a pay raise. He makes $3.5 million/year as the highest paid Big Ten coach. Can't complain too much about a 11-2 season, Big Ten title, and Rose Bowl win.

Almost forgot about another head coaching vacancy - at Bowling Green. Markell is a BGSU alum, so that might be a good fit. That makes three CCHA teams. And NO, I don't think that George should go back to Ohio. Don't even start that!

Also can't complain about a program that grosses well in excess of $63 Mil
per year.

Coach Riley is not at all on the hot seat at Army. He basically has the job for life having inherited it from his father. This was an expected rebuilding season as they lost 11 seniors last year.

I think the person meant the Providence coach's last name is Army?

There was a lot of talk last year at the FF about BG hockey trouble - Caps
GM is George McPhee, and he strongly supports BG hockey, SO I doubt if they would start their rejuvenated program with Markell - one never knows, however.

Sorry, didn't even know PC's coach was named Army. I just figured you typed "at" instead of "and".
