Very Sad News - Ruth Haley has Passed Away

I just learned that the NC's biggest hockey fan, Ruth L. Haley, passed away on August 17th at the age of 97. For those of you who did not have the good fortune of meeting her, Ruth was an avid hockey fan of both SLU and Clarkson. She even had a jersey that was half SLU and half CCT.

Ruth was an inspiration to everybody and was a true ambassador of both of our NC Teams. She will be deeply missed.

I know that Ruth is now in a place where half of the sky is Green and Gold and the other half is Scarlet and Brown.

Thanks for letting us now the sad news about Ms. Haley's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting her at least a decade ago and was impressed with her unlimited enthusiasm for North Country hockey.

We've all lost a dear friend and she will definitely be sorely missed at Cheel and Appleton.
