Talk about bad luck....

I went out to go to work this morning and discovered that my 80gb iPod classic had been stolen. It wasn't in the open, but the thief traced wires from the remote on the dash to where I had it stashed under the passenger seat. No damage (either I left it unlocked or the thief used a slim-jim), but it's $250 to replace the iPod plus whatever it costs to put a decent alarm in the car.

Next, I turn on my car to go to work after giving a police report, and discover that the odometer was at 26,666 miles.

Next, I log on here from work and see that I've made 666 posts excluding this one.

It's only 11:12am and I'm feeling like I want to go home and hide under my bed until tomorrow...
