2008-10-08 ... Shea Guthrie broke his hand and will miss a month of action. The Clarkson senior forward has scored 9, 8 and 9 goals in his three seasons, playing over 30 games per year. He is a draft pick of the New York Islanders in 2005.

Old news, which is good. He will likely be back within the next three weeks, because the injury is over a week old at this point.

I was so very sorry to hear about Shea's injury. He will be sorely missed during the Golden Knights' games this month. Hopefully, Shea will be well enough to return to the lineup for our first ECAC games against Brown and Yale on November 7 and November 8.
