Jeff Genovy, a 6' 3", 190 Lb forward from the DesMoines Bucanners of the USHL, Erik Coles old team, is listed on Chris Heisenberg's site as the 4th recruit for this year.

I was just looking at the recruits page, Clarkson had better start working on bringing a little offense into the team. Most of the hyped players of the last few years don't seem to have panned out as much as hoped. There have been bright spots, but they need to get a couple of players they can build aroung, the type of guy who is a legitimate threat every single shift of every single game. Clarkson has a lot of hard workers, but they need a couple guys who can put some serious points consistently. Surround them with the hard workers, the "plumbers" and let them feed him the puck. Clarkson has some talent on their current team, but it isn't producing. It is hard to understand when you watch some of these guys why they aren't scoring more. So many shots are missing the net, being blocked, or shot right into the goalies gut, it is distressing.
