Can't get the video feed to work.
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available"

Checked all the settings and it should allow all kinds of streams. Could be my crappy computer though.

Well we tied it up again and now have a 5x3 so I can't complain too much...

Heyotter

Heyotter

Let's hope the game settles down a little. In fact if there was no more scoring the whole game I'd be happy with the outcome.

Brett Gobe
10-06-2006, 08:44 PM
Brett, you will be fine, just take a cab. :D

It's been quite the week for me. Had to sleep in JFK sunday night due to a missed connection. My flight today into JFK is delayed an hour and 45 minutes the subways are going uptown. But if the E line is running into manhatten I think I can swing it.

Drew
10-06-2006, 08:47 PM
E is fine....only the 4,5,6 from Wall Street to the 42nd were suspended....probably OK now.

Brett Gobe

The morning after.....Clarkson's first victory of the season, brings a smile to my face, as that is exactly what we saw many of at the post-game gathering last knight. There is no question that the Golden Knights are an improved team due to more experience as well as the development of talent.

Congratulations to our goal scorers and their assistants:

1. Dan Tuttle with help from Shawn Weller and Steve Zalewski
2. Matt Beca with help from Phillippe Paquet and Michael Grenzy
3. Max Kolu with help from Tim Marks and Tyrell Mason
4. Dan Tuttle with no help from anyone on this goal
5. Nick Dodge with help from Grant Clitsome and Mike Sullivan
6. Shawn Weller from Steve Zalewski
7. Phillippe Paquet from Matt Beca

Dan Tuttle was chosen to wear the hard hat after the game in recognition of being the hardest worker.

Positively contributing to the pleasantly noisy crowd was an abundance of Clarkson students in attendance....they filled the sections they were assigned to be in. Their cheering added a special atmosphere to the game. Also thanks to the CU Pep Band, which always improves the dynamics of Cheel Arena. Gosh, there were a lot of them packed into the Pep Band confines.

Disappointing was the number of penalties against the Golden Knights....way too many, twelve I think, and that interrupted the continuity of flow of the game. My worst nightmare is having one Golden Knight in the penalty box and then having a penalty called against a second Golden Knight. That scenario occurred several times last knight. It is just sinful because it places teammates in dire straits.

Niagara University didn't seem to have itself collectively together on the ice, or maybe it was the strength and talent of the Golden Knights which made them look that way. I was impressed with the way the Golden Knights played.

Tonight we will see both Shea Guthrie and Chris D'Avise in the lineup, as Clarkson marks its 2,000th game in its 85-year history. The Golden Knights have a .644 winning percentage.....the best of any NCAA Division I hockey team which has played over 1,000 games.

KNOW NO LIMITS, CLARKSON GOLDEN KNIGHTS!
