SLU scores and wins 5 ~ 4.
Four minutes and 28 seconds in the first overtime period.
It looks like the Golden Guys will be playing against the better dead than red team this coming weekend. If they play as well as they did last knight, it should be quite a series.

Hey Rich,
I'm sure you know that marriage is a journey of compromises. And when someone of great importance in my life tells me that my blood pressure and stress levels would be highly elevated if I went to Ithaca, I have decided I will not be going. My favorite place to watch a hockey game is Cheel Arena, where the decent fans support the Golden Knights. As a matter of fact, I have never been to Lynah, but I have never heard of any Clarkson fan being well treated there. Rude and crude behavior towards Clarkson and its fans is simply not acceptable to me. Being crowded into Lynah Rink with all those creatures seems like a knightmare to me. So, getting back to the compromise, we will instead be in Albany the following weekend, to cheer on the Golden Knights.
You may rest assured that I will be listening to the words of Bob Ahlfeld, and hopefully the Golden Knights will achieve the results we all want them to. I like our chances very much if Clarkson can play the way they did this past Saturday knight against Princeton.
Rich, I hope you can make the trip. You can definitely hold your own against those Lynah faithful. I think Scott Smalling announced that tickets for the Cornell games go on sale Tuesday at Cheel.:)
BETTER DEAD THAN RED.:)
