Wow, Mr. Cool,

What an interesting piece of reading! Any special recognition that Nick Dodge receives would not be a surprise to those of us who have seen him play hockey. Coach Roll had enough faith in Nick to select him the first Clarkson sophomore Assistant Captain in the last fifteen or more years. Nick is an outgoing young man with a most pleasing personality, as well as a hockey player who possesses a wealth of talent. I expect Nick will easily attain that sought-after achievement of being a member of the Clarkskon 100-Point Club by the time he graduates.

I'm right back here again because I just realized that with Clarkson's NHL draft choices of Jeff Genovy, Phil Paquet, Mike Sullivan, Tyrell Mason, Michael Grenzy, Shea Guthrie, Shawn Weller, Steve Zalewski, and Grant Clitsome, those NHL scouts evidently overlooked Nick Dodge. I couldn't believe it, especially in view of the fact Nick is such an all-around star for the Golden Knights.

Dodge hasn't been overlooked. He's a true sophomore, age wise, and is likely to be taken in this spring's draft (the last year he's eligible)

Even if Nick were not eligible this year Goldie, I wouldn't sweat his not being drafted. It's not th eend of the world if you're not.
