Willie gets last goal in RW tie

Willie got the go ahead goal against Detroit last knight, but Detroit scored to tie the game at 3. Willie played an excellent game and appears to be none the worse for his layoff. Jacques continues to have confidence in him. Atta a boy Willie!!!!

I made an attempt to go to this game not knowing it was one of the biggest games for Wild fans to attend and luckily found tickes for face value in the lower section. It was an awesome game!! I saw lots of fans wearing Mitchell jerseys and girls wearing home-made Mitchell jerseys (tank tops). Willie had a lot of ice time and played well. I was so psyched to see him score a goal! It was too bad he happend to swat the flying puck towards a Red Wing who smacked it in to tie the game. The Wild had actually dominated the 2nd and 3rd periods pretty well considering Detroit's best-in-the-league record.
