Is it time for a new Clarkson jersey?

Isn't this the 50th anniversary of the 'undefeated season'? If so I think a throwback jersey is called for. Also I'd like the Knight to be golden again instead of green. :D

This is a funny thread cause this team is well known for changing the style of jersey almost every year.

Two things:
1. I think Clarkson should find a uniform and stick with it! Great teams, think of any sport, are known for their look. You don't see the Yankees, Lakers, Celtics, Canadiens, Dodgers, Cardinals, Cowboys, etc, drastically changing their look year after year. Even in college schools like Cornell (not saying they are a GREAT program but they do have 3 ncaa titles) keep the same consistent traditional look. So has Maine, Boston University and others. So, I think Clarkson should find a uniform it likes and stick with it
2. the CURRENT uniforms would not be the ones I'd pick to stick with for good. I prefered the old knight-head boston bruin 70s style stripes ones with road 'Clarkson' across the chest.

I couldn't agree more......and no names on the back, it is symbolic and represents the character of the team....."the only name that matter is the one on the front of the jersey"

Boy I love those uni's. That green is GREEN and the gold isn't yellow it's GOLD.

Don't really like the black helmets I think the green is better, but that's just from pics, I'll decide for sure when I get to a game.

Well, here are my thoughts on the new pants being worn by the Golden Knights this season. Yes, they are black, and they have a small, nearly unnoticeable, white Nike symbol on one leg. BUT, they also have an adorable logo of a knight with a plume; I just love that. These pants look great with the jerseys. It is my understanding that if these pants get ripped or torn, then Nike will replace them. So, I am content with what the team is wearing....maybe it even helps them to score more goals.:)

All this may have come about as an advertising venture by Nike. But, it is a financial saving for all the NCAA hockey teams. I like the way the Golden Knights look this season, but more importantly, I like the way they are playing hockey.

OUR KNIGHTS WILL BE AWESOME:)

Clarkson's "Gold" has always been more yellow than gold, going back to at least 1970.
