I didn't know how many Knights are currently playing or managing in the NHL, but gleaned a lot from this board. A USCHO thread gave a link to USA Today and the salaries of players.
It is great to see Conroy, Marchant, Mitchell, Cole, Clark, and White doing so well. Although they seem way underpaid.
I felt guilty about knowing how much they make. My parents don't even know how much I make. Maybe I'll post it here to make me feel better.

Couldn't do it. After the numbers I have seen, it would be to embarassing for me. Why didn't I work harder in hockey camp?

After 30 (mostly enjoyable) years as an engineer and manager, I have earned less in my career than Craig Conroy or Todd Marchant will earn this year. More power to them and all the former Knights who have been able to make it to the NHL.
Alums currently playing in the NHL and their salaries:
Chris Clark: 500,000
Eric Cole: ?
Craig Conroy: 1,900,000
Steve Dubinsky: 450,000
Todd Marchant: 1,400,000
Willie Mitchell: 550,000
Todd White: 300,000

Well, that does it! If Craiger and I get together after the game in NY in March...he's buying the beers! :D
Seriously, though, congrats to all the guys who have achieved their dreams! And Todd White is way underpaid with the season he's having! Hope he gets his just reward soon!

I'm not making light of the salaries posted here, but don't forget these guys have have 0 job security. Even if they don't get sent down or cut a long career is 10 or 12 years. It must be tough to make +- $1mill to then take a job as an engineer or something for $40-$50k. I hope there investing wisely and stretching this dough out!
